Where are the Ride Lab events happening?
Ride Lab events take place across California, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Each city has its own dates and curated demo routes.
Do I need to RSVP?
Yes. All Ride Lab events require an RSVP, as time slots are limited and capacity-controlled.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. Ride Lab demo events are free to attend with a confirmed RSVP.
Do I need prior cycling or e-bike experience?
Not at all. ALSO e-bikes are beginner-friendly, and our Ride Specialists will guide you through everything.
Can I test more than one e-bike model?
Yes, based on availability and your selected time slot, you may test multiple models.
Are bikes available to purchase at the event?
Yes. Pre-orders, financing options, and delivery details are available onsite.
What happens if it rains?
Events run rain or shine unless weather conditions impact rider safety. Attendees will be notified in case of any changes.
